Keeping Track of the Costumes

Film a video on your phone of the costumes you are taking - this will help you identify them for returns after your production closes. Take a photo of your checkout list as well.

Exchanges

After renting costumes, you may choose to return and exchange items that aren't going to be used in your production. There is no additional charge as long as the number of costumes rented remains the same. On the other hand, there are no funds.

Adjustments and Improvements

If you need to make temporary adjustments to our costumes, you may do so, but return them to their original state before bringing them back to us. You are encouraged to make any repairs or improvements, such as fixing zippers, replacing buttons, etc. as needed. This helps everyone!

Cleaning

All costumes are to be returned clean and in good repair. Please draw our attention to any items that are not in that state at pickup, and make note of it on your checkout form. You may dry clean, steam clean, launder, etc. as appropriate for the garment. Please especially watch for makeup stains at the collar, and watch for underarm stains.

Returns

Please make an appointment to return all costumes within 2 weeks of closing your production, unless other arrangements have been made on you contract. Plan time to check each item against your checkout list when you arrive at the shop to make your return.

Donations

Please consider donating show-specific costumes, props, and small set pieces to our shop so that other groups can benefit from your artistry! We can also arrange for future rental credit if you make any donations that can help expand out collection!
